Which position is better for someone in the Hawai'i National Guard, ADOS, AGR or technician?

I’m in the Hawai’i National guard and I want to know which position is better or worth working as, there ADOS, AGR or technician. Which one would you rather work as and why? I heard technician is the best one.

AGR or ados , either one gets you BAH and all that good stuff. ADOS is temporary and AGR is a longer tour.
