Your UA or S1 AGR which ever one your unit has should handle all bonuses, there are different teams set up and if they submitted the paper work they should have a log of which team etc.

1LT (Join to see) - If your UA isn't getting their job done, you should also bring it up to Company Commander, and if need be to the SSA of the Battalion.

I agree, it is not that hard to submit a packet up for bonuses etc, if your UA is not going their job I would use the CoC and go up to the next level. That UA has to report to the commander, the BC and their should be a higher level Miltech that oversees them as well.
