Are Warrant Officers eligible for ROTC scholarships?

Why in the Hell would a Warrant want to go to O level? Warrants in time at the CW4 level make as much as an O5+, better environment, better life.

A Warrant Officer is eligible to apply for a scholarship like anyone. Having said that what career field are you looking to go Warrant in? If it is as an Aviator which I assume since you are a PFC why would you want an ROTC scholarship? If it is for your degree why not utilize tuition assistance and get your degree that way? As an aviation Warrant Officer your primary duty is to fly helicopters, which by the way is the best job on the planet. Officers do not fly nearly as much as Warrants and my life as a W4 is so much simpler than any O3 or O4 with whom I work. If you want to fly Warrant is the best option. There are ways to complete your degree as a Warrant Officer and you get the best of both worlds. Just my two cents. Can you use ROTC Scholarship to become a WO, no. Can a WO apply to the program and try to become an officer, they can apply like any other eligible person. But as SGM Bill Frazer asked, why would you?

I have only known one who did that. NCO medic, became WO in the medical field, then went on to become an RN, or Nurse Practiconer. He is now a DA Civilian doing pre commission physicals at JLBM
