I've just been disqualified from the Air Force. Is this really the end of my military career?

I was called into the recruiting office by my recruiter and he told me that MEPS has kicked back my medical papers with a PDQ. There was a handwritten note from one of the doctors. It basically said that my one kidney is a condition that they'll never give a waiver for and that my disqualification is across all branches, not just the Air Force.
Is this really the end of my military career? I read online that you could possibly contact your local congressman and have them fight for you to get a waiver and join. Also, my recruiter said that MEPS hasn't seen my ASVAB scores. Maybe if I contact them and show them that I got a 94, they'll reconsider? Is there any way that I can get them to try for a waiver? I just really want to serve in the Air Force, or just the military as a whole. What should I do?

Wow.... That's a really big surprise after everyone on here told you one kidney was non-waiverable and then you made a post to mock everyone when you received a MEPS appointment.
I believe you asked, "When will this disqualification come?"
You are not physically or emotionally suited to the military. But you can still be an asset to your country. Become a teacher, or a doctor, or a nurse, volunteer your time as a kids soccer coach and find an under served community to help. If you want to help people there is no shortage of organizations that need your assistance.

I don't believe that this person can rightly become the sort to volunteer. What could he teach a soccer team? To mock and belittle the opposing team? To give attitude instead of teaching humility when one has lost or won a game. You said it yourself, not emotionally suited. This person needs to square away his head, he needs to help himself before he can help others. Now he will carry a big chip on his shoulders for all the Armed Services. And he doesn't wear rejection well. Who will he chose to take his frustration out on?

It's not the end of your military career because you never had a chance to even start a military career. You had been told countless times you cannot serve with one kidney. Then, you tried to rub it in our faces that you took the ASVAB and that you are one step closer to getting in. In which we ALL told you that it still will not happen. We have been telling you since DAY ONE that you will not be allowed entrance into the Military. Your ASVAB score will NOT get MEPS to reconsider. Why? Because they HAVE TO FOLLOW THE REGULATIONS. The very regulations you have been shown. The regulations that state you are not qualified for entry. But, if you want to call MEPS and explain you got a 94, by all means go ahead and call. Don't be surprised if you hear a "click" when they hang up. You want to call your Congressional Representative.....by all means. But don't be surprised when you hear the same sound MEPS will make.
Against my better judgement, I will grant some advice. You want to serve the Military, find a suitable civilian career that supports the Military. For example, DoD Civilian employment. It's good pay. It's good benefits. You will never wear the uniform, but there are many ways in which you can help those that do.
Your fight is over. There is no more fight left in this arena.

I don't know by your name if your male or female, doesn't matter to me and it won't matter if you get in. My advice, 1) get your head out of your rectal deformity and try being more gracious to those that have shared their knowledge. That also really doesn't matter either, I've seen several cocky male/female recruits hit the yellow foot prints, and the DI's will certainly help you with an attitude adjustment. 2) Take your appeal directly to President Trump, (CIC), he is the only one at this stage that can "order" it done.
My advice on that though, is you better summon every speck of humility you can way down in your "pity party" hole, and show verbally, how you are committed to at least one tour of serving your Country. Have some Veterans that you can find to "proof read" it several times so that you strike the correct balance of tone and tenner, as in Respect for the CIC and Services, desire to serve, and Duty to Country. As it's been said, you started with a slim to no chance of serving, but the optimist in me says you got nothing to loose by going to the Senior Member of the Chain of Command. All he can say is, "sorry, but No". If you have the intestinal fortitude and courage, go for it. As I used to tell my Team Mates, "hitch up you nut sack or boob sack" gender specific, because we're back to only two genders in the Military again, and take your case to the man.
