For more than three decades militaries have been involved in HADR. More recently we’ve seen military personnel increasingly called upon to assist in a new type of emergency: disease outbreaks like Ebola and Zika.

Our people need to stay away from Ebola. We can help by droping suppies from C-130's.
Zika is a good reason why our southern border should be military controlled. Anyone coming by plane should be screened. Why should American citizens be placed at risk because illegal aliens what to break the law?
