So Sorry to hear that Brother...I haven’t been able to ride since Basic in 1984...some things are just Wonderful Memories we treasure and are grateful for what we SRE able to do! WAY TO GO PVT Mark Zehner! I am a Certified Kick Boxing Instructor, but I ONLY do THAT type of exercise in the pool due to my lower back injuries. One good ‘Round House Kick’ could definitely destroy my back! However, you would be Amazed at what I CAN do in the Pool! LOL
