Based on the RallyPoint community feedback, I decided to take a more creative approach to recruiting for my reserve unit. Thanks to everyone for the help, and please let me know if you have any thoughts about what else I could do or if you are interested in one of these roles yourself!

I agree, we should share the wealth of knowledge and experience that we have in the Reserve Component to develop future officers. Keep up the good work.

Excellent work... As a former BN Cdr of a SROTC (4-414 Rgt, JBLM) unit this video product is spot on!...

Thank you Sir! I am tracking down the UA phone number for 4/414th as well so we can allow this video to be used by all the SROTC Battalions. The 4/414th holds a huge part of the mission discussed in this video by supporting everything out west, so we would never want to leave that out.
