He should ask for the jail cell next to Hillary. If she doesn't go, why should anyone else?

One must draw the line somewhere. The Eighth Amendment to the Bill of Rights states: “Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.”

I’m sorry, but being incarcerated next to Hillary would violate even the most liberal application of the Eighth Amendment. Waterboarding would be more humane.

A better anology would be GEN Patreus and giving his mistress a set of books with classified info in them and she had no need to know and both got away with it...to a point. Four stars seem to laugh at $100k fines while making mega bucks as speakers and advisors. Talk about a winning proposition. No jail time to boot....

Carey Boles - Probably so. His criminality was due to negligence, which sounds like the Democrats. All the people who’s criminality is due to intent seem to run to the Republicans.
