She has to be indicted: imaging a private accidentally downloading a secret doc from SIPERNET to a non secret thumb drive: he's getting crushed! She has thousands of secret docs on a private server that was set up to deliberately thwart all efforts of tracking her e-mail conversations as Secretary of State. She is deceptive and dishonest. Not too mention the server was backed up on a remote non secure server and she gave her attorneys access to all her e-mails to vet; non of which had a security clearance. Then she tried to destroy the evidence (took that from her husbands playbook). This woman is garbage!
