I was actually going to go to the Air Force but when I waked into the recruiters building, their office was at the end of the hall. The Army's was at the beginning. Someone says "hey you need some help?" I never made it to the end of the hall.
Grandpa fought in France 1917-1918, US Army. Dad fought in China 1943-1945, US Army. I served as a Cavalry Scout 1982-2004, fought in Iraq, and served all over the world. My son served 4 years in the 82nd Airborne so Army is a family tradition.
