Does anyone know the password to unprotect an excel workbook from DTMS?

I download a Record APFT excel workbook from DTMS and it wont let me input any information. Thank you. If someone has a good APFT SOP with counseling, please reach out.

DTMS does not have a function to password protect a report. I am my Battalion DTMS manager and all reports from report center are unprotected because your credentials are verified by logging into DTMS.

Weird... When I run that report from DTMS it will download into Excel as a "Read-only" file (not password protected). I'm then able to either click "edit document" or I simply "Save-As" and save it to my desktop (or wherever on my computer) and can edit it from there as needed.
If you are getting a protected workbook, I wonder if you're running the report from a different location or have a permissions issue.
DTMS Unit page -> Reporting -> Report Center -> Report List -> (Select parameters and fields) -> Run report (or excel report).
Just tried it with my HHD as a test and it worked for me.
