Why isn’t my range card populating on my ERB nor PPW?

We’ve input it on DTMS and Validated it. It’s reflecting on the “My training” tab on AKO. Just won’t populate on my ERB nor PPW. It’s been two weeks.

Sounds like an emilpo trouble ticket. Your BDE S1 warrant can fix that
