Has anyone completed a certificate through the Army Credentialing Assistance Program (COOL)?

Anyone working on or earned a certificate using the Army Credentialing Assistance Program? If so how did you sign up for a certificate program? Who did you need to notify to get any costs covered for this?

Years ago my mechanics did the ASE certification for diesel and fuel/electrical. Was administered by the education center. They went there, took the exam, those that passed received the cert through the mail.
