Do SFC's have to complete SSD 4 to be eligible for promotion to MSG?

Yes, SFCs have to complete SSD-4 before becoming eligible for the MSG board. I completed it while deployed and it didn't seem difficult, just a little time consuming. Also SSGs have to complete SSD-3 to attend the MSLC and be considered for the SFC board.

Yes, SFCs must complete SSD-4 to be eligible for the MSG boards. I completed while deployed, it's not that bad. Also, SSGs must complete SSD-3 to be eligible to attend the MSLC course and be eligible for promotion to SFC.
