My goal with my posts is trying to help others understand it is ok to have PTSD, Mental Health issues, but equally it is ok to ask for help when things seem overwhelming.

Thank you very much for adding your explanation CW4 (Join to see) I just returned from a VAMC cardiology set of appointments. I learned my primary anti-depressant may be affecting my heart rhythms. It is mild at this point.

Some of us have had it most of our lives. I have had it since the Tet Offensive of 1968. I manage it through Counseling!

I wanted to share a couple of other quotes people have shared with me during one of my speaking events.
1. While there is life these is hope.
2. Live a noble and honest life. Reliving past times in your old age will help you to enjoy your life again.
3. Never underestimate your power to change yourself.
