Hey Rallypoint! Hello, and thanks for having me! I'm fired up to spend some time with you this afternoon, and hope I can add some value.

Hi Sir,
In your personal opinon how important is it for a veteran or military member to build personal relationships with other veterans? How does Team RWB augment this mission?

Carlos - great question. I can't stress the importance of building genuine relationships for veterans post-military service - it's critical, as many veterans experience loneliness when they get out.

Relationships with other veterans is important, but ANY relationship is important, so don't restrict it just to other vets when you're spending time - make friends with local community members.

Making new friends is hard, especially when you're an adult, but it's critically important to your health and well-being. It takes work, but it's worth it!

Thanks for joining us, CPT John Pinter. I'm a big fan of the RWB team & mission. Knowing the needs of veterans are constantly changing, what are the most important objectives for your organization in the next 5 years?

Thanks Brandon. Appreciate the kind words - we try our hardest to do good work and support veterans in an authentic way.

An assumption here is that we don't get involved in any conflicts that require us to start deploying troops in large numbers again, as that changes the calculus.

Our focus is on achieving our mission and enriching the lives of America's veterans - for us, that means driving health, people and purpose in our programs. No big changes, but getting better and scaling to deliver that in more places.

That being said, transition from the military and making that process smooth is always a focus. Many veterans struggle with their health (the average weight gain is close to 40 lb.), lack of close friends, and loss of a sense of purpose post service. Shifting the mindset away from veterans being "broken" and more towards veterans thriving and providing leadership is important.

Join nearly 2 million former and current members of the US military, just like you.
