You really should break this post up into multiple questions that are more precise, or consolidate this into just a couple of main questions (and then follow up with more focused questions when people respond). The Answers forum does not work well when someone makes one big overarching post (which is not even phrased as a question), and then adds in a whole bunch of sub-questions. I've counted at least nine questions buried within your narrative. Many members will just scroll right on past this, and you won't get the answers that you want.

Precise questions get precise answers. Broad questions, or multiple questions, will leave many details unaddressed. From reading through all of your post, I see three main questions:
1. How will pursuing the Army Cyber Direct Commission program impact my current Reserve contract and enlistment bonus?
2. What are the typical duty stations, work environment, and training opportunities for someone who completes the Army Cyber Direct Commission program?
3. As a current Reservist 17A, do I meet the qualifications for the Army Cyber Direct Commission program?

This could be a fantastic new officer commissioning program.
