I will have 90 college credits in 2 months. When should I start contacting officer recruiters in other branches?

I know I need a conditional release, but when will the officer recruiters work with me? I should graduate in a year if that helps. Also, I am looking at Navy and Air Force.

You'll need your degree in hand before you can actually process.
As for when they'll work with you, it...depends on the Recruiter. Some have other work to do and won't care until you're completely ready; others will work with you well before you're eligible to line up letters of reference, etc so that as soon as you -are- eligible, you can start officially.
If it's something you know you're going for, there's no harm in contacting one and seeing if they'll work with you, guide you through the process, give you tips, etc. Just don't be surprised if you're not a priority.
