SSG Robert Webster You Cause a Situation in the Navy that Causes an OPREP-3 Navy Blue (Something Politically Embarrassing to the Navy and or US) The Admiral is going to want to Know from the CO what was done with the Individual.

PO1 William "Chip" Nagel - Interesting but would they give him Captain's Mast or what?
And anyway, what is your point about something politically embarrassing? This is no different that if it had happened in Germany, France, Panama, Korea or somewhere in the US for that matter.

SSG Robert Webster - As a Naval Communicator working in Support of the Admirals Staff in London. I got to Handle all the Oprep-3 Navy Blues. Always very Significant to the Admiral since He could be asked about it by the Press or Host Governments at State Functions.
