MSgt (Join to see) The Only thing I remember about Qatar during Desert Storm and Desert Strike, You can count on them to be Last to the Party. We Would Get Done Bombing Somebody Stupid and would be Leaving and they would send an Air Strike Force, Just to Kick them while they were down.
