The Green Bad Deal means less money for defense and it doesn't factor a Nuclear War messing (stopping) up their taxation scam and killing millions, damaging the ozone layer, destroying crops and damaging the food chain because soot in the atmosphere and radiation on earth lowered the temperatures for decades. I know some of you are tired of me telling you this but I'm not going to stop. I'm not going to let AOC and her poorly-written white paper in Congress blind the young, the idealistic and the gullible to put lots of money into climate change while ignoring situations in the world that I mentioned many times here on RP.
China has a hard-on for Taiwan. They are running out of patience and since China is now much more armed than it used to be, I believe that Taiwan's seriously is going to be threatened by communist China to join with the mainland and that will be by force. We have a Defense Treaty with Taiwan. Russia and China are now bullying the world and they are threatening the status quo. Don't believe for one minute that they will not use nuclear weapons because they have it in their Doctrine to use their weapons at the same time they use military force. Not as a last resort, but as part of shaping operations. It is part of communist Doctrine.
Taiwan still has to purchase up-to-date equipment. Taiwan hard time buying Weaponry because of pressure put on by communist China on the US Congress. I would not be surprised that AOC and others will try to stop the purchase. If POTUS is for it, usually the opposing party wants to vote against his wishes.
Japan has also had a willingness to upgrade its Defense Force. They recently changed their Constitution that for decades forbid them to be anything like the Japanese Imperial Navy used to be. Now, they can rearm and help push back against Peoples Liberation Army-Navy bullying in the South China Sea.
I am not worried about Global Warming. I am worried, unlike AOC and the Canadian nutjobs where I live, in global cooling from a war. To hell with gouging the consumer, let us all be vigilant and have a robust defense.

MCPO Roger Collins - What it is is wasting money that shows no positive results just empty pockets and ripping off consumers where there are actual serious problems that need attention. The current so called Green deal in it current format has nothing to do with anything. What this is about is fraud, waste and abuse by the Government and diverting attention from things that matter and are real potential threats !

MCPO Roger Collins the green New Deal Fanatics say that climate change was l the most imminent threat to mankind not all the stuff I just discussed at the beginning. Just like President Obama said 5 teatmrs ago that one of the biggest threats to the world was climate change to a graduating class of Coast Guardsmen. LTC (Join to see) - Well, climate change is the most imminent foreseeable and actionable threat to all mankind. China/Taiwan is a potential threat to the US - but not all mankind.

I am in full agreement with you on this LTC (Join to see)! There is a struggle for Russian, China and the United States to be the leader of the world!!! I am not discounting Iran either... The are the Maverick unknown... As they grow in military might with the help of the 150 Billion dollars (plus) given to them by our Previous President and his administration. This "Green New Deal" is off the wall ridiculous!!! I could probably write a long epistle on this, but I will bite my writing hand to hold back... LOL!!! Take a deep breath, as I am, and have a great day, Stephen!

The Pentagon says Iran killed 603 US troops during the Iraq War
"These casualties were the result of explosively formed penetrators, other improvised explosive devices, improvised rocket-assisted munitions, rockets, mortars, rocket-propelled grenades, small-arms, sniper, and other attacks in Iraq."

Sergeant Harkins said that she wouldn't discount Iran neither as and enemy. I remember a TFC who lost part of his fingers and his left leg because of a efp IED dilton Iran and given to anti Coalition forces to maim and kill Americans. It just bought a flashback and a yes it is off track with the fighter plane article.

As I have stated in the past, one of my primary concerns is that one of these green nuts wins and drives the extremely flawed AOC plan. Our national security would endangered, due to the fact nearly all our energy used for our equipment uses fossil fuels.

I think a war will happen before this happens since the EU neglected their budgets and Russia attacks or something happens in the South China Sea soon between Taiwan and China. We have neglected too long while our adversaries have prepared. The idealistic AOC and her cohort that got influence by crazy Canadians and greens will see the reality before their Walter Mitty dream even is seriously considered. We also have North Korea and the India Pakistan situation. We also have to worry about Iran vs. Israel

I don't think you need worry about a Green New Deal being popularly supported. Patriots should eschew those who are attempting to foist Socialism on this country despite it being 180 out from the Constitutional vision of our Founding Fathers. Our best strategy for avoiding a Green New Deal is simply to not vote for anyone or any Party associated that expresses support for any part of the Green New Deal...

More than 80% of Americans support almost all of the key ideas in Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez's...
A plurality of Americans in an INSIDER poll supported the idea of a Green New Deal —and a majority supported most of the proposal's specifics.
