My situation is similar to SFC (Join to see) ...haven't used too many of the products, except for obtaining credit card (I forget the APR, but it was just as high as most commercially available) and I had cheap renters insurance through them a few years back....never had to file a claim. I will say I love getting paid earlier than my coworkers. They have caught fraudulent acitivity in my checking account on 3 separate occasions at a grocery store chain in Miami - never been and I lived in either Annapolis or Philadelphia at the time. The website is very clean and easy to use, but the recent updates to the app have made it behave slowly or created connection issues. My best guess is newer encryption efforts, so I don't really want to complain too much about it. They were also very helpful in wire transfers overseas and the deposit at home feature works really well. The only major downside is the lack of ability to deposit cash (In Philly, I have had to utilize a FedEx branch in CC to essentially ship the cash to San Antonio...as I recall, there was no extra charge to do this)
