I don't care what the kid was saying to the police officer or principal, the student sitting there is not a threat to anyone and certainly does not deserve to be handled that way. Nice (sarcasm) that the principal was re-instated. If I were a parent in that area, I would be at every school board meeting screaming for change.

I remember my prisoner control procedure training, and if I had done anything remotely like that, I would be enjoying (sarcasm again) a nice vacation at Leavenworth.

Most of these administrators have been in their jobs so long, with no repercussions for their behavior, that these types of actions have become the norm and accepted behavior.

Why has the Principle you quoted not be charged with a felony?

No idea why he wasnt charged. They say there is an ongoing investigation so charges may come in the future.
