Great idea, but the down fall to this is the fact that there will then be a pecking orders as to who gets services first, and I will be one to tell you it won't be the Veteran. Because as we all know, Congress is to important and busy doing nothing for the country. Say what you will, but that's my opinion. If the bill is already being mocked by Senior Congressmen/women, it will go no farther.
