From my experience, go to a University that has a football team. I have a Masters from ERAU and since most employers have not heard of it, it gets lumped into the same bin as the for profit online colleges like UoP

I personally looked for one that was the most affordable to me, in other words more money went into my pocket versus toward the degree.
