Topic: Zeal Day
1. Since zeal is defined as eagerness and ardent interest in pursuit of something: FERVOR [Merriam Webster], zeal is neutral. Of course, what we are zealous about may be good or evil or less often neutral. :-)
2. Wisdom and discernment are critical governors for zeal. Unfettered zeal is associated with youth. Toddlers and teenagers often display unfettered zeal alternated with overwhelming sadness if the focus of the zeal is unrequited.

I have no doubt that you are aware that zeal for the LORD is honorable and appropriate. Zeal for the health of your family, close friends and coworkers is reasonable. I expect that selfless love for others sparks up your life and that love gleams through your own eyes and ignites the spark of life in those you hold most dear. It is always good to be made much of for a good purpose, and not only when I am present with you, my little children, for whom I am again in the anguish of childbirth until Christ is formed in you! I lift the individuals who are working in this nation, Canada, UK, France, Germany, South Korea, the Philippines, New Zealand and Australia, their supervisors, employers, managers, and leaders – especially military service members, medical personnel, medical researchers, food service workers, and logistics employees, and transportation network employees including dock workers, railroad and truck drivers to YOU LORD. I pray for safety and security for these individuals and their family members. I pray that each person working is thankful for the ability to work and that each one is zealously working honorably and getting pleasure form their work.

I pray that YOU bless each member of these groups with a safe place to sleep tonight and a large dose of hope to last throughout the night and into the coming week. ‘'They make much of you, but for no good purpose. They want to shut you out, that you may make much of them. It is always good to be made much of for a good purpose, and not only when I am present with you, my little children, for whom I am again in the anguish of childbirth until Christ is formed in you! I wish I could be present with you now and change my tone, for I am perplexed about you.’ [Galatians 4:17-20 ESV]
I lift the individuals who are working in this nation, Canada, UK, France, Germany, South Korea, the Philippines, New Zealand and Australia, their supervisors, employers, managers, and leaders – especially military service members, medical personnel, medical researchers, food service workers, and logistics employees, and transportation network employees including dock workers, railroad and truck drivers to YOU LORD. I pray for safety and security for these individuals and their family members. I pray that each person working is thankful for the ability to work and that each one is zealously working honorably and getting pleasure form their work.
I pray that you are sleeping well Wednesday Night with each one you love and that each of you will awake refreshed and healthy on Thursday, May 18, 2023 morning.

I pray that each of YOUR adopted sons and daughters who reads this prayer or hears it with clarity of focus on what our priority of effort, talents and resources needs to be. Empower each of us to diligently demonstrate love as YOU designed love. 'Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no account of wrongs. Love takes no pleasure in evil, but rejoices in the truth. It bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.’ [1 Corinthians 13:4-7 ESV] I pray that you and I more consistently demonstrate our faith in YOU dear LORD. YOU admonish us that the degree that we demonstrate love for our neighbor as ourselves is a demonstration of our love for YOU.
