Afghans form militias and call on warlords to battle Taliban. In the long run, is this a good or a bad thing?

No, not at all is this a good thing, especially when the warlords start turning on each other and/or forming alliances potentially against the elected government. Does the Horn of Africa ring any bells?

it is irrelevant. They both have the same Islamic ideology. This is just tribal. I say let them kill each other off. Saves us the blood and bullets.
