As I said in another post:
Docked pay really means nothing to them as they only make a few thousand dollars as representatives (part time work). If we really want to hit them where it hurts, we should go after the pension they receive (which is VERY substantial). Almost makes me want to run for office, endure a couple of terms, and then collect the retirement pay. The thing is, I have no patience for the stupidity in politics and I have no wish to become a public figure.
