What can someone do if their USAA account is locked while they are in South Korea?

Hi, Im currently stationed in Camp Humphries South Korea. all my debit and credit cards are locked for some reason. (yes, i did tell USAA i was traveling outside of US.). ive tried getting ahold of USAA, but they need verification via phone number, but anyone who has been to Korea knows that American phone numbers dont work in Korea so i had to get a Korean number. I also dont know my email password associated with my USAA account because i just got out of AIT and havent used that email in almost a year. USAA told me to verify my account by going to http://www.usaa.com/verify. I went there and the website wont process my request for some reason.... Can anybody please give me advice on what i should do, or a phone number I could reach to resolve this issue.
