Anti-gun liberals explain it by claiming the guns come illegally from neighboring states like Indiana. What they never explain, though, is why there aren't Chicago-levels of gun violence in those places where the guns originate.

The answer is simple. All Chicago leaders have to do is pass a law against murder.

I talked about this on a number of threads on RP and it amazes me that cops are the top problem on the list of things to fix within the black community in Chicago. Regardless drugs and gangs seem like a key issue needing to be fix. Less guns, less violent crimes, less aggressive policing and so on. I know there are a number of socioeconomic factors that play into this but it seems like and obvious place to start as the problem has created our own domestic version of ISIS. In Chicago we have over 600 different gangs with a gang member population around 70,000. Not sure how the CPD is equipped (12,000 officers) but I feel like its time for the National Guard to called in to disrupt their criminal enterprise.
