Yep - those STRINGENT Chicago Gun Laws are sure working. Now these mutants are shooting up funerals. Here's a concept Rahm - stop whining about protecting ILLEGAL ALIENS and start enforcing gun laws already on the books. Start imposing MANDATORY 5 year sentences (that cannot be dealt down) for committing a crime with the use of a Firearm. But you won't Rahm because its is easier to blame the NRA instead of doing your job and protecting the residents of Chicago.

It's OK, most of these were not with assault rifle killings and not a school, only South Chicago. The Mayor has it under control. Now back to the gun grab effort.

Of course the Chicago laws are working....working in the benefit of legal gun sales transactions in the nearby states and localities with less restrictive laws. No one is disputing that. If only law enforcement could focus on criminals buying fire arms illegally as opposed to them buying them legally.
