Do you think these kids should be tried as children or adults?

Sadly the crime calls for a higher level of prosecution, they will need to be tried as adults.

I think the crime decides this one. I believe when you beat someone as bad as they beat him they were full aware of what they were doing. In this case, yes they should be tried as adults. If they went in and knocked him to the floor and robbed the place and left then, no but because they just robbed the place...but when they repeatedly beat him and he died then yes they should be tried as adults.

PO3 Phyllis Maynard - I agree, I am sure the Judge and DA will do the right thing. I guess I just wish we didn't have kids doing such stupid, violent, horrible things...

Try them as adults. There's no "rewiring" an individual who is capable of such levels of violence. BLUF, they are a liability, not an asset to society.

I live here in Clarksville and have washed laundry in that establishment. I have never talked to the gentlemen that was attacked and died but I would hope that these young people get some time to pay for what they have done. If you bring a rifle to rob someone you in my estimation are an adult. You have made an adult decision and have now attacked and killed an adult.
