What is the best High School available to FT Hood on post personnel?

I will be moving to FT Hood and living on post. As far as I can see the only two High Schools available for on post personnel are Killeen HS and Shoemaker HS. Does anyone have experience with which HS is academically better?

A lot of soldiers and officers live in the Temple/Belton arwa. Belton is a smaller town but has the biggest high school in the area. Very highly recommend Belton high school or New Tech High school in Belton are very good schools.

Unfortunately, all of the high schools in Killeen are subpar. My son was going to Shoemaker but I pulled him out and he's now home schooled. Check out k12. Best decision I ever made.

It's a grate school, the teachers are awesome. My son graduating in June special need but he's going to college CTC this fall
