That article doesn't really say anything about how they are going to do it. Hopefully they get into the details during the AUSA conference this week.

CSM Carl Cunningham nor should there be. I mainly posted it because 1994 when I served in the OPFOR, we were a near peer competitor. Our Div/Reg Recon, electronic attack, Engineers, and most of all our Motorized Rifle Battalions were feared. The training a free thinking OPFOR presented was invaluable.
