What was the address for basic training at Ft. Knox (D. 2-46 IN)?

I'm TDY at Ft. Knox and I'm trying to find the old BCT stomping grounds...would love to go give Misery, Agony, and Defeat a run for nostalgia. Does anyone remember the address? I haven't been here in 15 years and can't find the address anywhere to save my life...

Are you asking for the address of the hills or the bct training area. If you were armor bct was Disney land which now belong to ROTC, if you just went to bct by itself the old barracks are down the end of Eisenhower and one of the hills is past that not far from the water tower.

I worked basic there in 1996 as a CPL for the regular basic, but the armor command ran the whole thing. Took some long road marches on those hills. There are even steeper hills on the back side of Knox.

I see by the responses that you have the info you need but I just had to relate my own experience pertaining to those lovely hills! I attended BT at Knox in January thru March 1974. So that was some cold ass marching. Was assigned back to Ireland Army Hospital at Knox as a medical corpsman after attending AIT at Fort Sam Houston. After my ETS in May 1977, I married a local girl and went to work at Knox as a civilian employee from 1980 to 2014. In the meantime I joined the KYARNG and spent 22 of those years training at Knox a lot. So I got to know Fort Knox like the back of my hand both contoniment area and range area. My last civilian position was as Chief of the Network & Switch Branch of the NEC. This position was responsible for all the communications facilities on Knox, to include the many many miles of aerial and buried copper and fiber cable. Anyway, my point is that I have traveled almost every area of Fort Knox in some capacity over and over and over again, but thankfully, I'm happy to say with the exception of one time with the KYARNG after basic, I never had to walk those hills again. But I have driven them hundreds of times in POV, GSA pickup & bucket truck, Hummvee, Duce 1/2, M109A4 thru A6, M548, M577 to name a few. Even some of these vehicles struggled traversing these hills.

The only thing I remember of Fort Knox was the deep snow in February while out in the field and the run around the gold respository. (F-9-3, 1960).

SFC (Join to see) - And before it was Defeat it was Heartbreak. They were Misery, Agony, and Heartbreak when I went through Basic with C-13-4 in 1976.

I spent 23 years (3 active 82nd Airborne) and 20 Michigan National guard Co. F 425th Airborne Rangers. I was D 19 5 back in 1975. This past weekend I was travelling from Ft. Bragg where I stayed for five days of All American week and stopped at Ft. Knox to see how much had changed in 43 years. I found where my unit used to be and the entrance to the first hill. It is all gone as the armor is now all gone. Even the Patton museum was closed due to renovations. Although some areas looked nice, it isn't the same as it used to be. General Patton would have a fit if he saw it now.

(37.9086948, -85.9341547) googled map it. i think they tore down the old buildings and build new buildings on the site. the only thing i recognized is the two small buildings north across the street and the gravel track we used to run on every morning. i remember turning right on 2nd Dragoons rd, Turn right on Abel St, Left on Eisenhower Ave then continue passed the gas chamber until the hills starts. when i went they closed heartbreak rumors that a drill sarge got a heart attack so we only did the other two hills. our drill running up them hills like nothing and turns out he had foam in his ruck.
