Anyone that is going/has been to WOCS have any insight on the phase 1 dL(distributed learning) before arrival?

Im aware that depending on rank and if you’ve completed BLC, you’re situation will be different. But I’m attending WOCS this upcoming March and I’m curious if any other candidates have completed dL 1? Any insight is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

DL went away when I was the Commandant, so unless it came back in the last 12 months or so...

Recently went through. There is no more DL, you will take four academic exams, one oral presentation, 10K ruck, and land navigation. Best of luck!

As far as I know they went away with DL unless they brought it back. Went through WOCS with a lot of street to seaters and they went straight from BCT to WOCS. It’s just 5 weeks now at the schoolhouse.

No problem SGt you will still set up a blackboard for your tests at the schoolhouse and I would suggest studying the Warrant Officer Definition prior to reporting. Good luck and congrats on getting selected.CW2 (Join to see)

Yes and no. That is where to find it but I found that the definition they sent us (you’ll get an email if you haven’t already with things to do/study prior to reporting). I attached a picture of the definition they sent us that’s slightly different that we had to know. Unless they updated 600-3 to match this page they sent me.CW2 (Join to see)

The picture I sent should be the most updated because they changed “full spectrum of Army operations” to “Unified Land Operations”.CW2 (Join to see)
