Missing Fort Bliss soldier found after searches

Well for those of if you who don't live here you really can't go anywhere without passing through a checkpoint. At the check point your license plate is read, time stamped, picture taken, facial recognition, vehicle scanned by multiple sensors and thats before you get to the officer. Surveillance is intense here. As to where he went thats a good question. I'm betting a domestic issue in his life.
