Deployment?
So I’m trying to get at least one deployment in my contract. Since I’m in Texas already, I’m thinking for fort hood units like iron horse or brave rifles but 101st sounds interesting like 502nd or Georgia.

There is no garauntee anyone will or will not get deployed more than any other. Just take it as it comes and enjoy your service. Be careful what you ask for in life. Do your job serving your country and all will happen that should happen. Thank you for your service.

I agree with CSM, don’t be so quick to get down range. The hell that waits for you there is much worse than the movies make it out to be.

Hahaha it won’t be over for many years. With your MOS you don’t have much to worry about, but anything is possible down range.

Lol there are no deployment reenlistment contracts. When I worked at RTB this was one of the most requested things.
Youay request a post, not a unit. You will be locked in to a specific brigade and they will decide what battalion you go to.
