The government said it had violated the rights of the former detainee, Omar Khadr, who pleaded guilty to killing an American soldier in Afghanistan at age 15.

This guy should not have gone to Gitmo, but rather left at one of the "black sites" in Poland and the Czech Republic. He should have just disappeared from the face of the earth.

If the allegations of the attorneys are correct, then they are right, the confessions would need to be excluded.
