The Russian Pacific Fleet is sorely hurting, dreaming of its soviet glory days. It seems to me most of their ships are patched up, and put to sea, patched up, and put to sea. I can only imagine how hard the spare parts are hard to find. I cannot find words to describe the sadness of the Russian Navy. So let me use disastrous.
