If I was the planner, I would have a large HQ element should we need to back fill it if shit hits the fan.

As I've been on a FWD JTF with ZERO subordinate units, and it's as useful as tits on a boar.
We need Special Forces, SFABs, even the non-doctrinal "Advise & Assist Brigade" like I was in... teach them to secure their own damn country.
