If you reclassed through a reenlistment, NLT 120 days prior to the start of training. Don't forget to get your DD1610

So I got my course verification but my S3 told me to wait for my welcome letter to arrive which I should get 60 days before training is when I can start doing my travel.

SPC (Join to see) S3 is always telling people to do the wrong thing. You won't be getting a welcome letter, this is an AIT most of the students are coming from Basic training. Once you have your follow on assignment you turn in your levy packet, get your orders and go straight to DTS. Tell them you are TDY ENROUTE

Did being MOS-T come with privileges and did it impact your AIT time?

You’ll be in hotel company with all the prior service, you are only allowed to go off post on Saturdays for 12 hours, there are lot of restrictions due to covid, you gonna report to blgd 805, it didn’t effect ait time, you’ll still attend regular classes with IET kids, but after class you’re on your own but have to stay on base during weekdays and sundays.
