Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), WA
There is no 68K in the SFAB MTOE, so there will have to be an approved substitution for you to fill a 68W slot. Unless you have 68W and a secondary MOS. 68Ws in the SFAB do the same thing as in a regular unit, tell me to drink water and change socks. Only difference is now you get to tell a medic in a different army how to tell that to people.
You are a 68K. Your organization doesn’t matter; you’ll be doing the same job everywhere. If you want real insight, look up SFC Joshua Hall on Global. He just transitioned to the new SFAB on Fort Hood a few months ago. He was one of my NCOs; tell him I sent you. He will give you all the info you need.
