What are some outdoor recreational activities you do with your platoon/unit for fun?

What are some activities outside of work that you do with your unit for fun? Here in Hawaii, I am trying to get my platoon to sign up for different affordable races to participate in. Sometimes we get the platoon together on the weekends to play sports somewhere on post. We also get everyone together from time to time for a platoon BBQ or meeting at a restaurant for food like pizza.

Volunteering seems to be big here in Hawaii. Hikes also like KoKo Head, Diamond Head, etc.
We played paintball as a unit recently and had a blast. We were able to get all of the equipment through MWR, so there was no cost to the Soldier.
Even though I am in the NG, between drills is always difficult with our family and civilian jobs/schooling, but I am trying to get a team from each of my platoons (maintenance and distro) and enter them into the "Tough Mudder" runs or anything similar to that.
