As far as I am aware most if not all veteran associations are shut down. I still receive email updates but prior to COVID I didn't see a lot of frequent activity. I recently joined the Vietnam Veterans Association and receive more email from them than others. I would suggest you look into Mt Carmel Veterans Service Center ( http://www.veteranscenter.org ) as they normally have lots of veteran presentations and POCs. Its a good place to start your outreach. Another active association is Project Healing Waters (http://phwffcoloradosprings. org ).
