Agreed. This similar thing happened to me in Recuriting. After investigating and reviewing the findings, I found that one of my flight chiefs was very hostile to his Airmen. I relived him of his duty as a flight chief and brought him back to the Sq where he didn't supervise anyone. Eventually, he recovered and became a flight chief again and last I heard he was doing better. He just had to be counseled and mentored more versus just being thrown back into a leadership role. These clowns in this report just blew it offf and got someone killed.

Thank you Lt Col Scott Shuttleworth Recruiting is incredibly stressful and everyone of the recruiters and flight chiefs need to be seen by the CC at least quarterly and given an opportunity to speak privately. We saved two people that way
