Google Federal Disaster Aid and you will see how our illustrious congress is holding bills for last years weather as well as those disasters since then over an argument over what Puerto Rico will get. Disgraceful, but finally the military is being treated as well as civilians.

Survival and funding have always been at issue with USMC. In almost every era, they've had to maintain readiness and increase the tooth to tail ratio. Facilities are low on that list of priorities. Mission over men.
