As an incoming 35N at JBSA, where all could I work and where should I look for buying a house?

I just relisted and have a report date for the training annex in San Antonio Texas 2021. I am a 35N and I'm not sure where I'll actually be stationed/working day to day. My wife and I would like to buy a house in San antonio, but I want to know more about where I will be working and where S shops would be. The last thing I want us to buy a house that's an hour away from everything my wife and I need to do. If there are any 35N who have been stationed there recently or station there now, any information would be greatly appreciated!

The best person to answer that would be your sponsor. Do you have a sponsor yet? If you do and they are not answering you back I would look at the sponsorship form you should if filled out and email the 1SG in the section 3 they should of filled out. If that is blank you should of gotten some kind of generic welcome letter from the battalion.

Just make sure you fill your part out if you haven’t and check your outlook for any emails from your gaining unit to see if they sent you something and maybe a POC. SPC(P) (Join to see)
