As it should be. I imagine the Corps wasn't so thrilled with him given his recent situations.
I wander if he can use the Ashley Madison logo; it fits him better.
Sorry to all you Duncan Hunter fanboys out there: I don't have a lot of tolerance for cheating on your wife.

Not stolen valor, but misuse of official logo. Although he can use "Marine Veteran" logo and title as a politician, eagle/globe/anchor is meant for official USMC purposes. Similar analogy is veteran/retiree can wear uniform during official military events, but cannot wear for political events or private commercial advertising

MAJ Eugene Chu: Well there's some more attorney fees to be paid. And why is his campaign sending me emails to donate to his campaign and make sure I get out to vote for him when I don't even live in his state?

Campaign likely outsourced some efforts to private commercial firm. Firm likely is lazy and doing mass advertising without consideration of residence. Similar to how marketers and advertisers pick stock photos of actors with improper uniform wear

LTC Eugene Chu - Or the private commercial firm just got a bunch of email addresses from the bottom of a Russian bot box.

CSM Charles Hayden - LOL!! If I printed out their copious emails it wouldn't be a good paper. I save that for the more important stuff, like recipes for spiced rum bread pudding. I believe one needs to prioritize what is worthy of printing on good paper.
