Does anyone in Southern California remember shopping at the Federal Employees Distribution Company(FEDCO) that existed from 1948 to 1999?
I was an employee there part-time, full time and seasonal for (Summer 1980 to July, 1988) 8 years. I worked primarily the film, Camera, TV/Video and, on occasion, customer service.

The Lakewood store moved to Cerritos off of South Street just west of Pioneer Boulevard. I worked at the Cerritos store by the Los Cerritos Mall. I lived in La Palma back then.

I lived in SoCal from 1965 to 1972. Long Beach and Santa Ana. I do not recall ever seeing one.
